The whole team have been excellent from the start, dealing with Rob and Chris. Great ongoing customer service by Wendy. Wendy deals with everything with speed, efficiency and always in a friendly manner. Dan, the engineer has been brilliant, going above and beyond, to solve any issues as they arise. Finding a reliable Photocopy supplier has not been our forte over the years. However, since introduced to Touchtec we have never looked back. Reliable, competitively priced and highly efficient to deal with. I was also impressed with how they have dealt with the changing needs of their customers during Covid 19 Lockdown, something that not all suppliers have been willing to engage with. Touchtec have certainly understood that as partner businesses we are all in this together.
